Practice Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible care to all our patients, we strongly encourage bookings to be made in advance. This allows us to allocate appropriate time to address your medical concerns thoroughly and without unnecessary delay.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, they may experience longer wait times as priority will be given to scheduled patients. If your matter is urgent or an emergency, please inform our reception team immediately upon arrival so that we can respond appropriately.
Cancellations and Late Notice:
As part of our commitment to providing timely care, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Repeated cancellations or failure to give adequate notice may result in a cancellation/rebooking fee being applied to future bookings.Policy Awareness:
This cancellation policy is standard practice and applies to all patients, regardless of whether they were previously aware of it. By booking an appointment with our practice, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
