Making an appointment

Booking ahead helps us allow enough time for your care. Walk-ins are welcome, but booked patients have priority and you may need to wait.

If you need more time, let reception know when booking. For urgent concerns, tell reception. For a medical emergency, call 000.

Cancellations and late notice

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. Repeated cancellations or too little notice may lead to a cancellation or rebooking fee for future appointments.

This policy applies to all patients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept it.
