These fees cover face-to-face and telehealth consultations and were updated on 1 July 2026. Please confirm your fee and rebate with reception.

Why we moved
to mixed billing
We introduced mixed billing on 3 February 2025 to help cover the rising costs of running the practice. We continue to offer bulk billing for the patient groups and services listed above.

Some patients and services are bulk billed. Other consultations have a fee, with a Medicare rebate available to eligible patients. The gap is the total fee minus the applicable rebate.
Who is eligible for bulk billing?
We offer bulk billing for pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children under 16 and DVA card holders. Please check with reception that you’re eligible and that bulk billing applies to the service you need.
Are care plans bulk billed?
Under our July 2026 fee schedule, GP Chronic Condition Management Plans and reviews, and mental health care plans and reviews, are bulk billed for eligible patients. Ask reception about eligibility and which appointment to book.
How is my Medicare rebate processed?
If you’re eligible, we can process your Medicare rebate after you pay. Rebates usually reach your nominated bank account within 24 to 48 hours, though processing times can vary.
Do the listed fees include telehealth?
Yes. The fee schedule covers face-to-face and telehealth consultations. Please confirm your fee, Medicare eligibility and the item that applies with reception. The estimator is a guide, not a quote.
