Billing policy

Clear costs before your appointment.

Mixed billing

We moved to mixed billing on 3 February 2025. Some patients and services are bulk billed. Other appointments have a fee, with a Medicare rebate for eligible patients.

Bulk billing

We offer bulk billing for pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children under 16 and DVA card holders. Ask reception whether this applies to your appointment.

GP Chronic Condition Management Plans and reviews, and mental health care plans and reviews, are bulk billed for eligible patients under our July 2026 fee schedule.

Other services

Private insurance, WorkCover, CTP and services without a Medicare rebate may have different fees. Please confirm your costs with reception before your appointment.
