We’re a mixed billing practice. We offer bulk billing for pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children under 16 and DVA card holders. Please check your eligibility and the fee for your appointment with reception.

Same-day or next-day appointments may be available. Check HealthEngine or call reception to see which times are available.

We’re open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We’re closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Bring your current Medicare card, any relevant concession or DVA card, and information relevant to your visit, such as your current medicines. Call reception if you are unsure what is needed.

Tell reception that you would like to transfer your records. The team can arrange a secure request to your previous practice.

If you’re eligible, we can process your Medicare rebate after you pay. Rebates usually reach your nominated bank account within 24 to 48 hours, though processing times can vary.
